Stuffed full of diseases … Hep A, Hep B, Swine Flu, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Typhoid, Polio – all injected in by the lovely Wendy at the Doctor’s surgery earlier in the week and feeling bright & ready for anything.

Dr Donovan suggested that Vitamin B and Marmite might also help (alongside some strong anti malarials) with avoiding being bitten by malaria carrying mosquitos … On the subject of mosquitos, did you know it is the female of the species that is indeed deadlier than the male?

So off out into the Cambridge sunshine now to pick up tablets, vitamins and Marmite(??) and pick up some gadgets to help provide my tools of the trade (laptop, iPhone, vado camera etc) with additional power and so on… and for a walk on the ever lovely Stourbridge Common.

I need to get my head around the statistic I just read that 7 children under the age of 5 die in Madagascar every hour… every hour … from preventable disease and malnutrition.
